Use Estavo like an app for rent reminders, repairs and owner messages. Android installs directly from Chrome. iPhone users add it to Home Screen from Safari.

Push support depends on browser/device; email reminders remain available.

Note: iPhone does not use APK files. iPhone install is via Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Android can use this web-app install now; a signed Play Store/APK build can come later.

Android

Install from Chrome

Open Estavo in Chrome.
Tap Install Android app if shown, or Chrome menu → Add to Home screen.
Open Estavo from your home screen.
Tap Enable notifications.

APK / Play Store builds can come later. For the first rental pilot, the installable web app is faster and avoids app-store delays.

iPhone

Add to Home Screen

Open Estavo in Safari.
Tap the Share button.
Choose Add to Home Screen.
Open Estavo from the new icon, then allow notifications if prompted.

iPhone does not install APK files. Native iOS app/TestFlight is possible later, but Home Screen install is the fastest pilot path.

Notification roadmap

First pilot: email + in-app reminders for Thursday rent, tenant payment confirmations, owner bank-check confirmations, fan issue updates and pest issue updates. Next step: real web push subscriptions once the payment/repair workflow is server-backed.
